2. Services Provided

Little Locks Kids Salon & Spa offers a variety of salon and spa services specifically designed for children, including but not limited to:

• Haircuts and styling
• Hair coloring and highlights (temporary and semi-permanent)
• Manicures and pedicures
• Spa treatments and facials
• Special occasion styling (birthdays, parties, events)
• Ear piercing services

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

3. Appointments and Bookings

3.1 Booking Requirements

All appointments must be booked by a parent or legal guardian. We require accurate contact information and details about the child receiving services, including any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount
• Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

3.3 Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time and date, subject to availability.

3.4 Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten the service to accommodate other clients. Full charges may still apply.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices in effect at the time of booking will apply to your appointment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for special requests or additional services.

4.3 Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in service prices and are at your discretion. Tips are greatly appreciated and shared among our team members.

5. Parental Consent and Supervision

By booking services for your child, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child receiving services
• You have the authority to consent to the services on behalf of the child
• You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities
• You will supervise your child during their visit or designate a responsible adult to do so

Parents or guardians must remain on the premises during all services unless prior arrangements have been made with salon management.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Allergies and Sensitivities

You must inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the services provided. We use professional-grade, child-safe products, but cannot guarantee that all products will be suitable for every individual.

6.2 Illness Policy

For the health and safety of all clients and staff, please do not bring your child to the salon if they are ill, have a fever, or have any contagious condition. We will gladly reschedule your appointment without penalty.

6.3 Hygiene Standards

We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. All tools and equipment are sanitized between clients, and we follow all applicable health and safety regulations.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients, Little Locks Kids Salon & Spa shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or adverse reactions that may occur during or after services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7.2 Service Results

We strive to provide excellent service and achieve desired results. However, individual results may vary based on hair type, skin type, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes but will work with you to address any concerns.

7.3 Personal Belongings

Little Locks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

8. Conduct and Behavior

We strive to maintain a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients. We expect all visitors to:

• Treat staff and other clients with respect and courtesy
• Supervise children to ensure they do not disturb other clients
• Follow staff instructions regarding safety and procedures
• Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

9. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos of our services and facilities for marketing purposes. By using our services, you consent to the use of such images on our website, social media, and promotional materials, unless you specifically opt out in writing. We will never use images that identify children without explicit parental consent.
